    1. I typically don’t like to re-take minor mispronunciations because the entire line can sound out of place because it’s being recorded at a separate time. It’s fine for 1 liners, but anything that’s part of a conversation can be noticeable.

This is one where we can just assume Larsdon mispronounced the word. Now that being said, there are other examples that are not so minor and can’t be explained away. In this video, you’ll notice that there are 2 separate versions of the name “Falatild.” That has to be re-done, as there’s no way he would say her name wrong.

  1. I actually JUST finished this questline and I look forward to redoing it with voices. It is a great questline. And dear god the music.

  2. Oh, also as to the name Falatild and how they both pronounce it, I noticed that he pronounced her name the same way twice (“FalaTHIL” is almost sounds like) while she pronounced it “FalaTILD”, Obviously you’d know better, but I could totally believe that his accent just prevents him from pronouncing the D at the end and he keeps adding that “thil” sound instead.

And it’s be more work, but I could also imagine a random conversation with them saying:
    “FalatilD.”
“Yes, that’s what I said Falathil.”
    “Not thil, tild.”

Enough rambling, this is a great mod and cant wait for their voices.

    1. as i explained in this very thread, small mispronunciations like this i’m willing to let slide, because if you record at a separate time, the difference in voice and audio quality will likely be noticeable, and that’s far worse.

i can’t be there when they record to correct mistakes on the spot. these sort of things are just the reality of a free project. you have to make decisions like this all the time. Really.
