This is the eighth of ten updates before the release of 3.07 where we move The Aldmeri Prisoner to Beta and do some more prep work for the next quest.

I also removed some keywords that were attached to an unreleased cell, which may possibly conceivably perhaps could theoretically in some cases have led to the location being flagged for Radiant Quests. Maybe. And if so, you could be asked to pickpocket or rough up an NPC that is not even released yet.

• Removed erroneous AI package that caused vanilla necromancer to walk to the Winking Skeever from Falkreath
• Fixed instance where Marla was disabled if player returned to Jilkmar first
• Fixed instance where arriving on a day other than Morndas started Fenced In but left Swims-In-Wind disabled
• Altered prerequisites so Rose Without Thorns can be started without progressing in the main quest
• Minor typo and sound file fixes
• Added missing sound files and textures for The Aldmeri Prisoner quest
• Removed Town and City keywords from unreleased location to prevent Radiant Quests from pointing you there

  1. I’m going to celebrate the release of 3.07 by downloading the complete full version – only two weeks to go! My NMM list is a mess with the endless ‘patch upon a patch upon a patch’ since 3.01 ;-)

    1. Plus it’s the perfect excuse for me and Rumarin to get hammered on Firebrand Whisky and go hunting Falmer with explosive crossbows bolts. What could possibly go wrong?

    Now, when you say “Beta”, does that entail “No Missing Audio Files, complete experience from start to finish and everything in between, but there’s an ever-so-slightly slim chance the quest might break on you, but very slight”?

    If so, I’ll join the bandwagon for this update.

    1. Pretty much. There are actually a couple lines I know are missing that haven’t been re-taken, but given the number of choices/routes there’s a slim chance you’ll hit it.

      There are also lines I want re-taken for tone/acting.

      Even the alpha was fine if I hadn’t screwed up and just forgot to include files. But yeah, like with all quests, I have feeling there are things I just couldn’t catch on my own without 1000s of people running through it.

  3. Man i really hope they get more roles to play, i want to know if i can voice act, also want to know if its something i really want to do.
