Notes:
- The quest requires you to have talked with Cosmos previously and finished the initial conversation with him and Moonbeam. After which, the quest prerequisite will be filled, and the radio distress signal will trigger the moment you enter one of the interior cells added by the mod, such as the brothel or the auction house.
- The quest turns Fiddler’s Green into an inhabited settlement. While Radiant Quests will no longer point to the location, if the mod was installed before a quest to Fiddler’s Green was completed, it will be impossible to complete unless the player opts for the ending that results in Fiddler’s Green to be uninhabited
- If the result of the quest results in the evacuation of Fiddler’s Green, talking to the survivor in their new home will re-enable the feral ghouls
