Daenlyn is a prisoner being escorted by three Thalmor Justiciars south of Halfmoon Mill. Freeing the Wood Elf will open up follower options, but the player must retrieve his lute in order for him to play music.
Notes:
The four are spawned by an invisible trigger box on the north side of the mill, and thus it is possible for the player to miss them if he/she is moving toward the lake.
