The Spirit Wolf can be found in Bleakcoast Ruins during the quest Blood and Bones. The wolf serves as a cowardly companion who comments on his surroundings but flees at the first sign of trouble. However, if the player equips a special wolf ring, the Spirit Wolf will transform into a powerful but mindless werewolf.

Notes:
The ring must be in the player’s possession for the cowardly wolf to be summoned, and equipped for the werewolf to appear.
