So, Raynes became a full member of my crew.
He is a dunmer vigilante who likes to torture bandits in order to maintain law and order on the roads.
A heartless bastard when it comes to lawbreakers, but I didn’t expect that… he’s very sensitive about children.
Raynes offered to protect a little girl when he actually was about to kill her father (a former member of the Dark Brotherhood) and actually let them go without punishing the assassin, since the child needed structure.
How I love bastards with golden hearts.

P.S. Looks like his creator was inspired Rorschach (Watchmen), in my opinion.

The Atomic Radio mod is going to take a while before it’ll be ready, simply because I don’t want it to get repetitive, and that requires maybe hundreds of different skits, commercials, and shows. The good thing is they’re easy to make – there’s no need to place NPCs or script behavior, you just write the lines, the actors record them, and then you plug them in.

At some point I might release one with a ton of musical filler, but eventually it’s going to be street legal. Of course, there’s a chance of getting unique music like with Skyrim, or covering songs that no longer fall under copyright – but that would require musically gifted folks to make them.
