Interesting NPCs v3.31 Beta (This is a small 70MB update, so it requires v3.2 installed)
(Note: Added a hotfix for innkeeper and companion banter, hence version 3.31)
From now on, the mod will require the HEARTHFIRES DLC. If you don’t have it, I can send you a file with the master removed, which I’ll upload for everyone once it’s out of beta.
I’ve also moved up a decimal on the updates. Instead of ten small updates, I’m going to just release a small beta version which includes any new quests and changes, and then release the regular version as a full 2GB release.
Anyways, version 3.3 includes the new quest, Art and Sacrifice, which requires having finished Bards, Beasts, and Beauties and having talked to Carmella (and specifically asked her if she’s a necromancer). If you have already completed these prerequisites, you’ll need to go to the Solitude Winking Skeever for no other reason than to make it load via the trigger box there. This will move everyone behind the scenes to their proper locations. In future playthroughs, the quest will also load the moment you finish Amalee‘s quest provided you previously talked to Carmella.
Quest is fairly short, but like most Skjarn adventures might be good for a few giggles. It starts outside of the Four Shields Tavern in Dragon Bridge.

So, it turns out there were a ton of game shows and late night talk shows that simply were not playing. At all. I didn’t notice this until I added a new game show, and looked at the conditions, which didn’t make any sense. Instead of playing before 4AM (4:00) or after 5PM (17:00), they were set to being both.
Which is impossible. You can’t have a number less than 4 and greater than 17. So the variety shows never played. This update should fix that.
