This didn’t make it into the bundle unfortunately, since there hasn’t been enough of them recorded. People don’t seem to like auditioning for background NPCs, so I may have to just ask actors to record them as favors to me. Still, I think they’re good roles and add a lot of color to the game.
Here’s one such example, with Ainsley Brennan and Elko voicing this nutso couple living in post-apocalyptic suburbia.
Here’s the first bundled download for Fallout 3. The one here has an additional mod, The Clara Bella, that is not included in the Nexus release – at least until I can replace some of the prostitute voice files that are from New Vegas.
All of these mods can be started in game, but the Vault 101 questline [3DNPC_FO3.esm] is recommended to play from game start.
Lastly, thanks to all the actors and nonoodles who helped in the making of these mods. Some didn’t make it into this release, but will be added in subsequent updates. I also have some mods for FNV in the works which are close to being ready, so look for those as well.
Here’s Hope Lies v0.02, now with a personal quest. With the news that Fallout 4 is going to have a voiced protagonist, I’m leaning toward keeping Hope in New Vegas. Jessica Osborne you know, and Jesus Acosta rounds out the cast.

If you’ve already asked Hope about her orchid hunt, you can start the quest by talking to her at either the Goodsprings or Mojave Outpost tavern. I think Vegas and a couple other locations work too, but those are the most obvious. I’ll make a proper wiki once I have time.
