Fjord is a bone collector who appears after the start of The Carver and The Collector. After finding Y’tharil‘s camp near Reachwind Eyrie, she will request the PC retrieve a male hip bone that she has carved to be shaped like a woman. Originally, Fjord was enabled at the start of the game, but that has since been altered to avoid starting the quest prematurely.
