O’Malley

I heard you and that fella Garvey were taking farms for the Minuteman. Well, we ain’t for sale.

It’s been a family business for one hundred years. Ain’t gonna change now.

If you plant bad seeds, you get a bad crop. Same goes for people.

Wars happen, children weep and people die. But the band plays on.

Even at the end of the world, death lives.

I live by a simple creed. You got debts, pay ’em. You got problems, fix ’em. God gave you a mind, use it.

I got scars. Some you see, some you can’t. That’s life.

Some might call life a journey. Others might call it a pit. All you can do is step forward, and hope you don’t fall in.

Life hasn’t been fair. But so what? I’m no one special.

You live with all your mistakes. Some stay for a night. Others take out a lease.

Doesn’t matter if you’re a farmer, a sailor, or a priest. You’re always praying for good weather. Now if we can just settle on what that word means.

They say you can’t draw blood from a stone. Well, it’s still easier than getting things to grow on this soil.

Every farmer’s gotta believe the rain’ll come. If he didn’t, he wouldn’t be a farmer.

There’s something satisfying about growing your own food.

We poisoned Mother Nature, and now we’re paying for it. Just gotta hope she learns to forgive.

My pa was a farmer, and his pa before him. It’s in the blood.

I don’t do much reading. The only time I have is for work.

It’s important to have food you can grow. A lot easier to chase down a potato than a squirrel.

I don’t believe in drinking moonshine or liquor of any kind. I like to keep a clear body and a clear mind.

Hearts were made to be strong. The world was designed to break ’em.

I fell in love with a girl, a long time ago. And then she was gone.

Can I help you?
Something I can do for you?
Take care.
Take it easy.
All right then.

I’m sorry about my husband. He’s a little rough with strangers.

Farming’s all well and good, but I’d rather live in Diamond City.

They call Diamond City the green jewel of the Commonwealth. They don’t say that about any old place. It must be real special.

Pronounced Mute-fruit

Mutfruit’s plentiful in the Commonwealth. And a whole lot healthier than eating radroaches.

You should stay for dinner. I’d love to hear about all your adventures.

Sometimes I wish some stranger would just whisk me away. It’s not that I don’t love my husband. It’s everything else.

I bet it’s romantic getting to travel all over the Commonewealth.

You’re back. How’s life treating you?

Yes?
