Chaine and Virtut are two immobilized ghosts in some sort of cave/dungeon. In the same dungeon, Dragonborn can find an item that can ‘defreeze’ one of them. They can then agree to help the freed sibling ‘defreeze’ the other one by going to talk to a mage guilty of the siblings’ predicament.
