Gromash is a member of the Narzulbur Stronghold in Eastmarch. While he retreats to the Longhouse at night, he mans the guard post during the day, allowing the player to speak with him regardless of whether they are an Orc or Blood-Kin.
Gromash also has a link to Jaspar Gaerston, as he is the Orc who inspired him to write The Stone Hand. Having met Jaspar previously will enable a special dialogue option when Gromash tells the story that connects the two.
