The Mannequin can be found in the Abandoned Cottage after receiving the letter from Wolf with the payment for completing the quest House on the Hill.
Notes:
– As of v3.04, the mannequin can only be moved to vanilla houses. Hearthfire compatibility may be considered at some point. The main obstacle is the layout of the house can vary depending on the user.
