Pelgurt is skittish Nord found in Candlehearth Hall who offers a fetch quest for a family heirloom. The mundane task is actually part of a two part quest that involves two more NPCs and a reference to another.

Note: Previous versions of the quest left no objectives upon finishing the first half, but has since been corrected to prevent players from questioning why the item was not cleared from the journal.
