Beatrice is a former Forsworn and one of two skooma addicts living at a small encampment near Druadach Redoubt. Her gift of speech is the result of finding a speechcraft amulet at the bottom of the river. Together with an Orc named Urzub, she regales travelers with poetry and song.
Notes: Beatrice refers to her amulet as an Amulet of Articulation. However, given the unique nature of that item, it was since swapped out for a high level speechcraft amulet.
