Tellevi serves as a maid in both Karthwasten and Sky Haven Temple upon completion of the quest, Alduin’s Wall. Tellevi was created in response to a request from a user to fill the Blades’ Headquarters with more NPCs. Prior to Sky Haven Temple, Tellevi behaves much like a vanilla NPC, with only a handful of random hellos and goodbyes specific to the mining town. Subsequent dialogue at Sky Haven Temple reveals she was married to the Imperial torturer found at Helgen after the dragon attack.
