Feldi is the mother of Fuki and the spouse of an Argonian named Vukeera. Their child’s unusual name is a conflation of her parents’.
Fuki will appear in Ivarstead once the player completes the Conspiracy of the 7000 Steps and enters a trigger box at the entrance of Whiterun. This is to provide some spacing between the appearance of new NPCs.
