Mugnor is an eccentric mage living in the Hall of Attainment at the College of Winterhold. Her primary field is the study of undiscovered types of magic, as well as other types of phenomena that she believes falls under that umbrella, including shouts, alchemy, and invisible fairies. Mugnor is one of the three atypical mages that Rumarin seeks out for training in the quest A Spell for Rumarin.
