Those bandits think they’ve got our heroes backed up, but the smiles on their faces say otherwise. Stupid bandits, don’t you know they do this shit for fun? Some people collect coins, others collect heads. You can pretty much guess who in this picture does what.

Failed Migration

Well, that could’ve gone better. Just want to apologize for the site downtime. I originally wanted to migrate the site over to a self-hosted account. The reason being is there’s a lot more freedom and choices with regards to plug-ins, file types, and things of that nature.

The problem is the theme and widgets didn’t transfer over particularly well. The borders clipped, the widgets were different, and ultimately it freaked me out to the degree I decided to put it in a box for now. I eventually do want to take advantage of the open nature of self-hosting, but first I want to make sure everything is working properly and the transition is seamless. On the positive side, I now have a place to store all the soundless webm files I’ve downloaded off 4chan.

2013-09-02_00001-e1396909717646Here is version 3.05.3, the third of ten weekly updates until a full Nexus release. Just a handful of bug fixes this week, as I haven’t gotten anything new on the voicing front. Modding wise I didn’t really do anything this week because I spent most of it watching grown men play with balls. I also watched a lot of sports.

The main fix was an issue where some newer marriage candidates were not going to Breezehome. This is because the script/property was improperly set to SpouseHouse instead of WhiterunHouse. In other words, the spouses would go to their default location.

There are a couple quests still in the pending queue, but I generally don’t like to put the screws to actors until they’ve had a few months to turn in the lines. They are doing this all out of the kindness of their hearts, after all. So let’s all be good little Blanche DuBois and exercise patience. The voices will come. In the meantime, I think I’ll start working on more follower commentary this week instead.

• Dropped HP of Darkened Steel NPC and added failsafe script to ensure proper outcome
