Here’s an example of the Patreon only content I’ve been putting out the past week, sneak peeks and trailers as well as general CK stuff. I’m going to try and market the page more in general, so I can remove ads from this site as well as get funding for other mod related stuff.

For the 12 or 13 people that played the Fallout 3 bundle, there were a handful of bonus conversations you might not have caught. For example, with one of the companions, taking her to one of the two vanilla grocer buildings would start a little scene where she’d pretend to be the a cashier as the Lone Wanderer bought some groceries.

I plan on doing the same with the Fallout 4 companions, and one obvious place to take advantage of is Amelia’s Espresso. Here’s a little teaser for the next update.

Just put this teaser up as a reminder I still need actors for the next quest, Paradise Bay, although oddly enough I just filled 2 spots before I published this blog post. Anyways, without getting too spoilery, just click the casting call button at the top and look for the appropriate link. Now that most of the planned quests are done – with 3 notable exceptions – I’m going to start adding a few more random NPC encounters to the Commonwealth. Here’s a crew that’s a callback to the Fallout 3 follower Mortar, complete with Army cadences as they patrol the Wasteland.

The scenes are thankfully a lot more robust in Fallout 4, and the engine is fast enough to where all the voices fire at the same time. With Skyrim, you’d have to tweak the timing to account for lag, and even then you were never sure if it varied from machine to machine. It seems like with Fallout 4 everything fires at the same time.

Those who are interested will be able to test this mini-quest and encounter in a few days, just be sure to check the appropriate thread.
